CRE8 | Warranty Policy

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of CRE8.

Do note that this Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from our official website (the "Physical Goods").

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, CRE8 will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

CRE8 will have the right to either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from our official website is 6 months from the date of purchase.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem if the products are found to be : 

  • Refilled, remanufactured, refurbished or tampered in any way.
  • Stored or operate outside the proper environmental conditions specified for the printer products.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. It is important for you to provide all of the evidence for the defective products and send over the evidence to our Customer Service team for further action. To obtain warranty service, kindly return the defective products to place of purchase (with a written description of the fault and print samples).
